Nyima looked at the black fae, "And you are?" she asked, relieved that the Aduro wolf had spoken, her alignment had been clear from the way the hatred for her shone in the Malum wolf's eyes.
She quickly turned her attention back to the Malum wolfess, a surge of addrenilen and bravery corsing through her. "Are you gonna speak or just stand there like a dumb mouse?!" she growled, surprising herslef with the fiercness in her voice.
Nyima stared defiently at the wolfess, preparing for a fight that she may have started. "Stupid! Why did you say that!" she thought, the bravery that still flooding through her drained at the thought of fighting the Malum wolfess. They lived for that stuff.

She slowly turned her head to the new wolf "Hasty, hasty." stone cold voice tone with a threatening undertone. "Mmm, I will assume you are the lordess of the lights?" she said, while still having her head in the direction of Nyima but still focused more on Beltane.
"You're being quite a nuisance, wolf." she said, threatening Nyima a bit more. The snow was beginning to fall heavier than before covering her pure pelt with an equally brightly hued blanket, though through the heavy snow her dark cardinal eyes were ever present and equally as piercing.

Nyima thingyed her head, "You're the leader of the Aduro pack!?" she barked excitedly.
Nyima looked coldly at the white wolf. " Do you have a problem with me, you highness?!" she snarled, amazed at how angry she was. All of her past was flashing before her eyes, making it harder and harder not to spring at the Malum wolf.

Sahtara was beginning to get a headache from the foolish wolf. "Yes, but you're only worsening it with your claims and sharpness." she stated. The alphess was beginning to get bored with the streaky one and the onyx fae, though she had a feeling the situation would become more interesting soon. She was outnumbered now, but if the fiesty one wanted to pick a fight that would be her fault.

Beltane glanced back and fourth as the conversation between the two fae's heightened into something that it shouldn't. True, Miss Malum was outnumbered, but there was no reason to fight here and now. While she admired Nymia's fiestiness, she had alot to learn about controlling her temper if she ever wanted to grow the most important of a wolves mind...Wisdom.
She shook the excess moisture off the top of her head that had been steadily building from the ever-falling, dancing snowflakes. My calling is Beltane. And yes, I am in fact alphess to the Aduro pack. she said with pride, yet caution. There was no avoiding it at this point. The fellow alphess was not unaware...
Nymia, hush your temper my friend. We are all on neutral ground here. Beltane said, with a tint of her famous hospitality. She smiled quickly at the young wolf, hoping she would calm herself.
The black light turned her head to the white wolf with the sinister crimson eyes, showing not an ounce of fear. Now, I would hope you would share your name with me, alphess of Malum...for I have given mine. You may be dark of heart, but I do not put it past you to have manners.
The smirk that followed her words could not be helped. This was all to odd, yet at the same time, helpful. Who knew how terrible this Dark's intentions were. All Beltane knew, is she was no Sabriel. Therefore, she could handle whatever was coming her way.

Sahtara had made no move to attack, and hadn't planned to unless the touchy fae kept stepping further onto thinning ice. She was a sinister soul, but wasn't without manners. In fact, she would have manners even while dealing with the enemy on even terms just as this meeting was..For the moment that is.
She stood up, and stretched out her front paws but after which she continued standing. Already Sahtara assumed the other wolves were underestimating her, which eventually they would rue it. She needed more pack members before being able to launch anything and the waiting didn't bother her one bit.
"Ah, yes." she said at length with the same darkened tone "Sahtara, and as you know, Alphess of Malum." she stared at Beltane with ample attention to Nymia still. Her guise burned through the ebony pelt, almost as if she was just looking through her. Sahtara knew she most likely wasn't the most formidable wolf the fae had seen, but this was barely the beginning of it.

Nyima's anger slowly drained away, replaced by the gentle wolf she normally was. "I'm sorry Beltane." she said softly, backing up a little bit.
Her head shot up when she heared the Malum wolf's words. "A-Alphess?!" she barked. She knew she'd just started something that would never stop, Hatred. Nyima's eyes go wide as she thought of the things the Aplhess would do when she made herlsef a pack.
Nyima took a small side step towards Beltane, the feeling of the other wolf's precence made her stonger. She was strong, nothing could shake her. But why had she been so stupid!?

Beltane nodded as Sahtara finally spoke her name. She would keep the name close in her memory, for she knew she would need it sometime, possibly in the near future... depending on how hasty lady darkness over here could be.
As Nymia jumped and moved a little closer to her, Beltane chuckled gleefully. It was quite funny. This wolf was quite odd, yet obviously sure of herself. It was quirky, and Beltane found it rather amusing.
When Sahtara rose to her feet, Beltane simply made her head a little higher. They were equal...well, at least in rankings... Going somewhere? she asked, innocent enough, but surely making her sarcasm known. It was just a poke of fun, but more than likely Alphess Sahtara would make more of it... Darks had no sense of play.
Beltane wondered how one could live a life of dread and deception. It would get so old... having to always feel you had to prove yourself. Her head thingyed slightly as she looked into the red eyes of hatred, and her brow raised....along with the corners of her mouth. The quaint smile on the black furred, green eyed leader would confuse most. After all, she was in the presence of what would undoubtedly become her arch enemy.
But it would be fun while it lasted.

She found the streaked wolf to be quite annoying, though for now she wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Turning her head towards the lake, watching the snow fall onto the water then dissipate while still keeping most of her attention on the other wolves before her.
Sahtara's head was held quite high, it hadn't been made clear to Beltane that there was a reason for her to have that much pride. There would be a chance, and it would be easy to take. Her ears moved at the sounds of breathing and the occasional shifting of snow, but only snorted at the wolf's comment. This one would be able to keep her on her toes, which Sahtara liked.

Nyima watched the Malum Alphess carefully as the snow fell continuesly around them. Beltanes fur was becoming as white as the snow, and Nyima shook the growing pile of snow from her muzzle.
She looked down, thinking about the looks on their faces. Beltane had a calm collected expression, as did Sahtara. But the white fae's look was a mixture of something. Nyima remembered that look from long ago, Sahtara was planning her attack. She knew something Nyima didn't, something that could endanger them both.
Nyima's pelt prickled with alarm as her tail rested on the Aduro Alphess's back. She hoped her worry would be felt by the fae, Nyima didn't want to lose her only Alli.

The Aduro alphess smiled on as the peaceful snowfall blanked the land upon this day. A slow inhale filled her large lungs to their capacity, which was remarkable considering her slightly smaller stature. All the more agility for her, however.
Her paws rustled about the frozen grasses and weeds, causing the icelets to crumble off the blades, giving them a false hope for warmth. Beltane took note of the snort that escaped the muzzle of Malum's sinister alphess. She watched every twitch of her auds, every up and down motion of her chest, as if studying a map of an unknown location, soon to be conquered.
Nymia must have been alarmed by the snort of Sahtara, because she had layed her tassel protectively upon Beltane's now snow-covered back. Beltane smiled warmly and nodded her head only but once at her. It was a sweet notion, but there was no reason to be alarmed. Sahtara was obviously growing weary and unrested at the fact that there was nothing she could do right now.
So Sahtara, how is your pack prospering this winter? Beltane asked, with a ting of cunning. Everything was about gaining knowledge, and the white-pelted demon was no fool to the game. However, Beltane was not either. Her answer, no matter how well-played, would clue the light-spirited leader into the true answer. Lights saw truth, even when it was hidden in the darkest of places. Beltane's green eyes burned with interest as she stared at Sahtara.

Taking a cold breath, she felt the slight sting of the icy air, she was used to this sort of weather. The snow almost made the dark fae invisible other than Sahtara's vague outline and of course, her bloody hued orbs.
The scene felt like a dream, snow falling made everything light and it all seemed so dazed. The white fae yawned widely and focused back on the situation at hand "Pitifully." she replied simply, the pack had only started a little while ago but she felt a bell would toll and all wolves would hear it. Those of dark alignment would come to the pack, her pack.

Nyima's eyes were trained on the fae, she didn't like the fact that the Alphess was dissapearing before their very eyes. She knew what Shatara had been waiting for, she either wanted to wait untill they could no longer see her or she wanted to gather information. Nyima knew that either outcome would end badly.
She started to shake slightly as a small chill ran through her. Her paws hurt from the cold and they were begining to crack.

That tricky white fur would not be so helpful to the dark mistress in the summertime, or in the nighttime. Beltane would have to remember this. But as the snow got thicker, the Malum alphess became hardly visible. It was a tad bit of an uneasy feeling, but apparently Nymia was her ally in the situation, so no harm would come to her today.
Beltane stood, her bones creaking as they shed the cold from being in one position for too long. Sleep would not be so comfortable again until spring. As Sahtara responded, Beltane's eyes flashed with a wisp of wandering. She was looking into the crimson, devious eyes for any hint of a lie. No, she was telling the truth. This alphess would be so bold as to not care of the status of her pack in the presence of a light...even the alphess herself.
Beltane sneered at the shear thought of Sahtara's downward opinions of lights. She would let her be deceived by her own thoughts for now, but the day would come when the lights would prove their strength. Today, a simple snowfall would suffice.
These are hard times... Beltane replyed, looking up at the falling, white, graceful flurries. She then looked to Nymia, wondering how she had randomly gotten here. Are you from a pack around here, Nymia? Beltane asked sweetly.

For the time being, they were on even terms. One would eventually wage war on the other, it was inevitable. And eventually the two queens would be at one anothers' throats in combat. Practically invisible now, Sahtara closed her eyes, curious as to what would happen. The snow only fell harder and wind begun to pick up slightly. The chilling breeze brought a slight slant to the direction of snow.
She grinned like the cheshire cat, but more devilish, "Well, well..." lunging to the right. A few splatters of saguine liquid stained the snow, though soon it was being covered with snow. Pulling back into her original position with a rabbit in her jaws. She dropped it on the ground, muzzle covered with blood.
