+ Appearance: This Namines Brother, Akuma. Akuma and Namine may be siblings but they look nothing alike, Akuma's fur coat is mainly black with faded gray blotch's around his eyes, tip of his ears and part of his underbelly. His eyes speak of curses, hatred and betrayal, portraying a deep blue grayish color, when he was quite young he obtained a permanent scar on his right eye causing his eye to go blind looking, but he can still see perfectly fine through it. Akuma has an ankle lock and broken chain around his right front foot, often causing bleeding because of the tightness.
+ Personality: The same with his appearance, Akuma and Namine act nothing alike, he has a dark personality with no need to jump around like others his age, he acts much more mature than his age, for it is only necessary to survive. Akuma has a threatening growl in his voice, if your lucky enough to talk to him that is.... he feels he only needs to talk to people of real importance, This has gotten him into trouble with others almost twice his size but he just ignores them and walks away leaving whomever in a confused and furious state. Despite all that he is a incredibly lazy unmotivated pup with no desire to do anything for anyone unless he is rewarded something grand in return. While Akuma may not be a built strong pup his slender nonathletic body comes to use in fighting only because he taunts his enemy, tires them out and then goes in for the final blow when it seems they're about to collapse, labeling him an opportunist of sorts. They may be family but Akuma has an intense hatred for his sister Namine, he believes its her fault for their parents death and his undeserved treatment during life.
+ History: Akuma and his sister were born in a puppy mill, to very old and dying parents. Before being taken away to be sold to the pet store Akuma had overheard the head administrator talking about putting his parents down, because of the runt in the litter of twos difficult birth they were not able to have puppies anymore. This sparked the anger in his heart for his younger twin sister.
The future events fueled his anger even more as time went on for this wrath filled pup. Instead of jumping around and playing in his cage at the pet store like his naive sister Akuma rested and showed no interest in the humans on the other side of the glass. When a family finally took interest in the two puppies they immediately chose Namine, who was cared for with love and affection. Akuma on the other hand was sold to a bunch of abusive hunters, looking for a hunting dog.
When he first started training with his owners he was repeatedly hit, kicked and starved when he didn't do something right. On his first hunting trip though he did well and bagged big game for his ungrateful owners, when he was rewarded well with food and affection he thought he could avoid the harsh treatment just by doing good all the time. This worked most of the time until his 18th hunting trip, when chasing a deer he leaped up to bring the animal down when the deers hind legs jerked up and bluntly got him in the face causing the scar on his right eye.
Fatally injured he lost his prized win for the hunters, angering them deeply. Thinking he was done for good they chained him up to a pole deep in the mountains as bear bait. Sure enough a bear smelled the blood of the half dead pup and cantered on over to claim the 'food' but acting swiftly Akuma got up and lunged at the bear creating a deep wound in the bears leg. Infuriated, the bear lunged at Akuma with all of its might, only to miss at the last second with its gaping jaws coming down on the chain that bounded Akuma to the pole, setting him free. Running as fast and as far as he could he finally stopped at a land called Crescent Howls, how he managed to survive nobody shall know, but one thing is for certain he now holds a new hate for his sister, he believed if she didn't exist his parents would be alive and he would be the one to go with the kind and generous family. He made it his absolute mission to wipe her existence off this earth, this makes you think, are wolves born monsters or made monsters because they treated badly by life?
