Here's a place I love, I owe a crapload of my time to them, and they seriously know what they're doing! So if you think you need anything, here's a pretty awesome resource I discovered quite recently and already love.

Now, these are kind of experimental, but I though maybe you'd think they were worth a try:

Just a fun one I like for show, you might not use it because it's a little flashy. I love it because you can change it to make it just the way you like, color, thickness, and location. The lines:
border-bottom: 1px dashed #000000;
text-decoration: none;
Can be changed, to make it the right color and thickness, and the "border-bottom" can also be "border-top," depending on where you like it. Like I said, a very simple and fun code that's just for decoration, if you feel uninspired by what all the links do when you put your cursor over them. Thank you, Jordan. ^^
