+ Wolf Name: Vrailet
+ Pronunciation: Vray-Lay
+ Gender: Female/ She-wolf/ Fae (whatever floats your boat)
+ Age: Adolecent
+ Alignment: Neutral
+ Date of Birth: 4th April
+ Family: Deceased
+ Appearance: Vrailet is blessed with the thick, coarse fur that is common to the average wolf but unlike others, it has an unusual cinnamon hue that lightens to an ivory shade on her stomach and paws. She has sharp, intelligent blue eyes that are quick to scorn everything she sees. Vrailet is not a beefy wolf, her strength in stamina is from her wiry, flat muscles that ripple when she is on the move. At this moment in time, she is extremely thin. Her ribs are clearly visible and her stomach is pressed up almost right against the underside of her pelvis.
+ Personality: It is not in Vrailet's nature to pity or think of others feelings when she comes out with sarcastic or hurtful comments; most of the time it is just a totally honest opinion. She does not try to come across selfish and can actually be quite sociable towards comrades when in the right mood. Her sense of humor is quick witted and dry so she doesn't make friends easily. It takes a lot to make Vrailet have even an ounce of trust in anyone but when she does, she is fiercely loyal. Her only "weakness" of sorts is her love for pups and young wolves that are not yet adolecents. Vrailet can get very jealous at times which then leads to her being spiteful.
+ History: Vrailet was born to a lone grey fae known as Holara. Holara had always lived alone or with a single other wolf as she was anti-social and very bitter. Holara was coming to the end of her life but soon she found herself with pup. Her mate left her as autumn approached so Holara was left to raise the single pup alone, through the harsh, bitter times of Winter.
She was an exceptional mother and cared for her daughter brilliantly, she made sure Vrailet knew how to look after herself and by the time she was ready for her first hunt she probably could have stayed alive on her knowledge of herbs alone if there was a sudden shortage of prey. Vrailet managed to survive her first Winter but her mother was significantly weakened by Vrailet's never ending energy or stream of questions about the world. Vrailet only noticed her mothers faltering strength late into her last days so she could not prevent her impending death. On her death bed, Vrailet's mother told her to leave their territory and travel to find other wolves and maybe even join a pack.
Vrailet was devastated by Holara's passing, after all she was the only wolf she had ever known. She had been her sole friend, companion and role model. Vrailet sat by Holara's corpse for many days and nights, only her over whelming hunger forcing her to leave her home to obey her mothers death wish. The route she took was challenging and it tested her cunning more than physical ability. She had to spend days even months just tracking her prey and then at last, calculating how to dispatch it without wasting too much travelling energy.
Finally, after a 6 month period of hard toil, Vrailet ended up in the land of Cresent Howl. She was a transformed wolf. No longer plump. No longer playful. She was now lean, serious and sly. Hardened by the world around her, Vrailet was forced to act older than her one and a 1/2 years.
Fin. ;D Thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully accept. I should be quite active at times during the week. Weekends? Maybe Sundays. Chow!
